Important Ferry Infomation - Please Read

IMPORTANT

We have been contacted by the Isle of Wight Council and through them the Department of Transport. They need information regarding the impact of delays, cancellations and timetable changes on Wightlink or Red Funnel on residents and businesses.

We have any number of comments on Facebook but we need to have emails; we need you to email us please and we can collate this information.

It would be helpful although not absolutely necessary if you could tell us the date and time of the crossing, the route and how the cancellation/amendment/alternative affected your plans.

Please send your experience to:

committee@wug.org.uk

They ARE listening and we need to tell them.

Please send us your stories.

HOME NEWS ABOUT Letter to Joe Robertson Dear Joe, I am writing to you on behalf of the Wightlink Users Group (WUG) with regard to the appalling debacle of the Wightlink service failures on Thursday 20th and Friday 21st February which lead to multiple cancellations and delays of many hours for people travelling on the car ferry service between Portsmouth and Fishbourne.
